Printers: Any A4 inkjet or laser printer (e.g. Epson L3110 / L3250), 4×6 photo paper, Dragon / PVC sheets
1. Install the printer driver
Install the driver that came with the printer or ask the dealer for the latest driver for your exact model and Windows version. After installing, print a Windows test page once to make sure the printer works.
2. Windows Printing preferences
- Switch the printer on. Open Windows → Printers & scanners (Devices and Printers) → right-click your printer → Printing preferences.
- Set these options in Printer — Printing preferences:
Printer — Printing preferences - Paper size
- A4 (or 4×6 for photo sheets)
- Paper type
- the paper you loaded
- Quality
- High
- Borderless
- Off
- Reduce/Enlarge (Fit to Page / Zoom)
- Off — the card must print at 100 %
- Poster / Multi-Page
- Off
3. Settings in Print Perfect Ai
- Set these options in Print Perfect Ai → App Settings → Printer & output:

- Paper Printer, 4x6 Sheet or Dragon / PVC Sheet
- Card to Card Space
- 3 mm
- Print card border
- on for a black cutting line
- Mirror print
- on only for reverse film / transfer sheets
- A4: front and back are printed side by side, up to 5 customers on one sheet (Add to sheet).
- The “Driver check” line in Printer settings must say “prints at 100 %”.
- In the software click Print test card. If the print sits a little off the card, correct it with X Offset / Y Offset (mm) and print again — the values are saved.
