Try before you buy
A full 1-day free demo is available on every PC so you can check your printer and cards before paying.
Refunds
Because license keys are delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable. If a key cannot be activated due to a problem on our side and we cannot fix it, we refund the full amount.
Duplicate payment
If you were charged twice for the same order, the extra payment is refunded in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
